Today marks the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War, which also means that Poland has existed for one hundred years (in it’s current iteration, at least) . Have some Polish things;

I actually made some kapusta last night. It was yummy.

My family emigrated from Poland, but it was shortly before WWI when Poland didn’t actually exist so our Ellis Isla nd papers list us as Austrian.
